I was born and raised in Northern Virginia to immigrant parents who taught me the value of hard work, perseverance, and community. Watching their dedication inspired me to pursue knowledge and build a career where I could make a meaningful impact and give back to the community that shaped me.

 

I began my professional journey in retail and telecommunications, where I helped customers find solutions to their technology needs. Through that experience, I developed a strong foundation in problem-solving and discovered a passion for helping people understand and use technology effectively. Since starting my career in IT in 2014, I’ve made it my mission to continuously educate myself and gain expertise across a wide range of IT services.

 

As I worked closely with small business owners—especially within the Latino community—I recognized a gap in access to reliable, affordable technology support. Many businesses had the drive to succeed but lacked the tools, guidance, and systems needed to operate efficiently and securely.

 

In 2022, I founded Aldana Management LLC to help bridge that gap. Since then, I’ve helped businesses modernize their technology, implement secure and reliable systems, and gain the tools they need to operate confidently and grow. My mission is simple: to empower small businesses with the technology and support they need to succeed.
